PAYMENT POLICY:
Habaguanex Hotels require payment in advance. Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours after making your reservation. The charge will be in EURO currency and your bill will state: CTN Reservation.

The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.

Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed.

Accommodation is usually available from 16.00 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12.00 hours on the day of departure. Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival.

The number of guests in each room is limited to the number of beds provided by the hotel.

If the number of persons arriving at the hotel is different to the one selected during the reservation process, or children are not of the age required to classify as such in terms of rates/discounts (see 'Children Policy'), additional charges will apply, payable directly to the hotel.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Once you have paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:

- If you cancel your reservation 72 hours or more before your intended arrival date, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for your reservation, minus the amount of 15.00 EURO for administration fees.

- If you cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your intended arrival date, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for the reservation, minus the amount of the first night of your intended stay. Your bill will state: CTN Reservation. Refunds will be credited to your credit card within 48 hours after receiving your refund request and required information.

CHILDREN POLICY:
Infants up to 1 year 11 months: free of charge.

Children rates (to be checked at the time of booking) apply for ages 2 - 11 years, and only when sharing room with two adults.

Children 2-11 years sharing room with 1 adult must be booked as adults (double/twin room).

Children 12 years and older must always be booked as adults.

PRIVACY POLICY

Habaguanex Hotels / Cuba Travel Network take the privacy of its customers’ data very seriously. Please read the following policy to understand how we will treat your personal data when you use our site. If this policy changes then we will let you know via our homepage but we assure you that we only use your data as specified here and for our legitimate business reasons.

When do we collect data?

We can collect data on you from a variety of different sources.

1. When you purchase products or services from the site or via our catalogue;
2. When you become a subscriber;
3. When you speak to our customer services personnel;

Habaguanex Hotels / Cuba Travel Network and our affiliates provide our products and services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read the conditions carefully. If you visit or book a reservation through Habaguanex Hotels / Cuba Travel Network or any of our affiliated businesses, you accept these Terms of Use.

1. Limitations on Use of Website. This website is for your personal and non-commercial use in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, and as a condition of your use you warrant and represent to Habaguanex Hotels / Cuba Travel Network that you will not use this website for any illegal purpose or for any purpose that is prohibited by the terms and conditions of this agreement.    If you are a citizen of the United Sates of America you are responsible for obtaining the relevant travel documentation required by the Government of the United States of America for travel to Cuba. Habaguanex Hotels / Cuba Travel Network or its affiliates are not responsible or liable in any way if you have not obtained the relevant documents prior to traveling to Cuba. Habaguanex Hotels / Cuba Travel Network or its affiliates are not liable for any penalties or claims by the Treasury Department of The United States of America as a consequence of your traveling to Cuba.
   
3. Contract Formation. No contract will exist between you and Habaguanex Hotels / Cuba Travel Network or its affiliates for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Habaguanex Hotels / Cuba Travel Network accepts your reservation by email confirming your reservation and issuing you a unique confirmation code. Acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed to be effectively communicated to you for all purposes at the time that Habaguanex Hotels / Cuba Travel Network sends the email to you whether or not you receive the email.
4. Links to Third Party Websites.Our website contains links to websites operated by parties other than Habaguanex Hotels / Cuba Travel Network. Those links are provided to you for your reference and convenience only. Habaguanex Hotels / Cuba Travel Network does not own or control the content of those websites and is not responsible for their content or your use of them. 9. Performance Subject to Existing Laws. Habaguanex Hotels / Cuba Travel Network performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws. Nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Habaguanex Hotels / Cuba Travel Network right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this website or information provided to or gathered by Habaguanex Hotels / Cuba Travel Network with respect to your use of this website.
10. Severability. If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law by any court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this agreement will remain in full force and effect. Any provision of this agreement held to be invalid or unenforceable, including but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
